If there's a list for Dumbest TV villain, the first thing in my mind is Littefinger on Game of Thrones Season 7 who stayed in Winterfell for so long when The Starks siblings are reunited. I know he wants to manipulate Sansa more and simping to her but as soon as Bran can read his mind, he should get out of there immediately. Also, he's in the North where unlike people in King's Landing, the Northerners are looking up at each other and they all still pretty traumatized for The Red Wedding and also for what The Boltons and The Lannisters did to them. So, yeah, he's totally lost.
