Let's not forget when he rejected Phyllis' oven mitt in the Christmas party and suddenly has an idea to trade everyone's gift so he would not get the mitt and made Phyllis crying and he was asking "What's wrong with her?" But the good thing is in his last day on the office, he decided to take Phyllis' new oven mitt even though she hasn't finished knitting it.
