  2. Yoko Ritona It’s all subjective bro, I love the S Class’ and have since 2000. I have a friend who swears by the S8, and I can see why he loves it. People have different perspectives and its impossible to be non-bias

  3. Yoko Ritona No one can ever decrown the S Class, they all lost in 1972. I enjoyed the new A6 compared to the old one, didn’t feel any quality issues but it was a short term loaner so maybe you’re talking from long term experience. The new A8 is definitely much nicer for driving ‘sportier’ and I think it’s always been like that. I haven’t tried a facelift S63 yet but apparently its 100x better than the prefacelift.

  4. Yoko Ritona I’ve tried a prefacelift 7 and it had a decent amount of what the s class was missing. I think in the end, consumer choice defines what they think is best as an overall package, and the s class has dominated everything else in sales to an extent where you can’t even say they compete. Of course, these reviews and your experience will impact your decision, but there hasn’t been a car I’ve had that I’ve loved more than the S Class, I’m hoping to wait until there’s used Flying Spur hybrids available and that’s the only place I think I’ll find a good replacement

  5. Yoko Ritona I didn’t realise BMW had managed to increase sales, a few years ago you could combine the opposition and still barely get the S Class. Sorry, my not compete was too broad, I meant the s class has a name attached to it now, and as long as Mercedes can uphold its name and attraction they’ll stay in the lead
