  4. Beef Broth Bragging rights car? If that was your wish, you could pick up a Gallardo for the same price. I don't get a new prada bag every week, neither the latest phone. This car has technology which you won't find on over 90% of other cars. The speaker system is one of the best of a factory system, and it won't brake unless you treat it like crap, as I have seen since 1999.

  5.  David Topchiev  Superior? Since I got my w222 I've had a S8 and a RR Autobiography, and a test drive of the 7 Series. I don't know who told you the competitors are in 'many ways superior' but they're not. Also, the W220 was definitely not the most fun S Class to drive, S Class' haven't really surprised me but the W222 did, it's a very nice car to drive

David Topchiev Ah so you’re into the older cars, I hated the w220, there were so many faults so I don’t get why people are saying it was one of the most reliable generations etc. I’ve always found the S Class’ better cars than their competitors except the 221 where I preferred the d3 a8. From what you like I believe you’ll enjoy driving the Lexus LS.

David Topchiev I was making a different statement about reliability since it’s what I hated about it, also it’s forums and enthusiast boards like Jalopnik who have some articles about the 220 that have claimed great reliability which I can’t relate to. I appreciate your views and am sorry about the misjudgement, if you love the way the LS is and loved the 220 S Class the most I can see why the 223 doesn’t interest you. Back to your original statement, out of the S Class and it’s modern competitors, it is the S Class I believe to be the best and others on mbworld and even some on 7post share the same views.
