Robert Spiller What, so an American company, who rank a car which has had numerous motors replaced by multiple reviewers, first, then rate a car that no reviewer had problems with, last, and you claim thats legit? I've had only one S Class that broke, which was in 2007 and back on the road within a hour thanks to Mobile Mechanics, out of 16 years of multiple S Class'.

  3. Well, I've guessed that it may be because the parts in the US come from China, not my thinking what someone else said and I highly doubt it. Here in the UK the only problem I had is with a w221 where the gears didn't change.

  6. But the Mercedes has many features such as first full LED car e.t.c. Its just one of the many reasons people prefer to be chauffeured around in the S Class.

  8. ***** Poor driving/handling? Check out stuff like the curve assist, it is a much more smoother car on the road and what do you expect from a V12 engine. The torque helps it gain acceleration after 60mph, where it shines. It doesn't have that much wheelspin for a RWD car. The S63 4matic has practically zero wheelspin.

  9. ***** Yes, Mercedes has more systems which you can see in Distronic Plus. Audi didn't try them on the road until a year ago. Mercedes did it in early 2013.
