  1. Das Panoramadach habe ich allein aus optischen Gründen nicht genommen, das geht nur bei schwarzem Dach gut. Jahreswagen gibt es ja vom JCW noch keine und die Vorführwagen können naturgemäß nicht immer eingefahren werden und "meine" Konfiguration gibt's selten;) Listenpreis liegt jenseits der 40k...Klappenauspuff kommt noch drunter.

  4. Well yeah, there's another 10k EUR or more for an R in this spec. And the fun level/sports car feeling is higher in the JCW.

  6. Also, ganz einfach. So lange hinten keiner mehr sitzen muss haben vorne auch 2 Meter Männer Platz und können komfortabel sitzen...haben wir gestern erst ausprobiert!

Thanks, was looking at brushed alloy as well, but thought the "checkered" fits better to the racing style center instrument...In my S3 I have the matte alloy, but also Audi is using more parts that have that material...the mini just has black & chrome Inside...anyhow, thanks for your feedback:)

  8. Das wäre auch genau die Erklärung die ich gegeben hätte;) Die ersten 2.500 km Dreh ich max. 3.000 evtl. 3.500 U/Min. Durch das starke Drehmoment und den langen 6. Gang kann aber trotzdem zügig fahren ohne die Technik zu stark zu fordern.

  9. Currently I still have the Factory JCW exhaust which already gets louder over the first km. Later in Summer I will change to the pro exhaust with valves.

  16. I've sold the car this spring again....not because I wasn't satisfied but because it needed to make room for our 2016 Automann-Car, the new Focus RS. I was overall very satisfied with the car and I think the new owner has got a sweet piece of tech, especially after I went for the aftermarket active valve exhaust (JCW Pro). For a 4-cylinder this thing sounds insane and I would really like to go out for ride again today. I think overall the build quality had been tremendously improved over the predecessor and the 2-liter engine has a lot of potential....you could easily run this with 280 hp and engine and suspension would still have capacity. Even a year now after it has hit the market I saw maybe 2 or 3 of this kind....its very special on the road, especially in the this color-combo.

  19. Warl0ck75 Two reasons. First one is that the manual transmission is still not available for the JCW, but probably will be coming. Second thing, I really like the automatic gearbox and my feeling on the test drive was that it feels equally sporty than the manual transmission in a Cooper S, its has those nice sounds when shifting that the manual doesn't have.
