  1. you can get this engine with three different transmissons: Manual, S-Tronic or Multitronic. When you choose S-Tronic you always get quattro and 50Nm more torque. The multitronic always Comes with FWD. Compared to the S-Tronic model you save at least 2.500 EUR and about 70 kg of weight. I have driven both and I actually prefer this multitronic since the car feels a lot lighter and there is actually no Situation where you actually miss the quattro. This is faster, still very stable.

  2. +Dev Deving "Stufen" sind softwaretechnisch gewählt, die gibts auch nur im S-Modus. S-Tronic gibts für den Motor erst ab 2014 in der 218 PS Variante.

  4. Andreas Lie Upright Bassmatt & ALBw211 are right, its still what you would call a CVT, even the newest ones. It behaves less annoying as in other CVT cars but it still has no real gears.

  6. Wahrscheinlich ist die Beschleunigung im Sport Modus tatsächlich nur deshalb schneller weil Gasannahme und Drehzahl auf nach Leistung gewählt werden. Sicherlich würde ein Beschleunigen bei gleichbleibender Drehzahl nicht langsamer, eventuell sogar schneller sein.

  8. Welche Räder hast du denn auf deinem A6? Auf diesem sind die 255/35 R20 die bei trockenen Bedingungen sehr starken Grip entwickeln. Mit 225er Reifen und bei Nässe kann es schon sein, dass das Drehmoment einfach zu viel für die Vorderachse ist.

  9. Ja, dann gehe ich aber schon aus, dass es auch an den Reifen liegt. Wenn die 255er warm sind und man das Lenkrad grade hält dann gibt es eigentlich keinen Schlupf. Beim beschleunigen aus Kurven ist das natürlich was anderes. Nein, Launch Control gibt es bei diesem Auto nicht!

  11. Marco Rimola Then you probably don't have the Multitronic CVT in Sweden, at least not combined with the 3.0 TDI.
