@lovely7840 Khrushev did not ligally transfered Crimean republic (!) to the administrative unit ukranianssr. There was no ukrain in 1954 as a separate state. A state of so called ukrain started in 1991, however it owns no territory or assets ligally.

@leevuong8843 Crimea has been Russia since 18 century. Between 14 and 18 century Turkish tribes invaded the area from the east and had been occupying Crimea.

Greenland is an island, if the us thinks it can take it, other countries might decide to do exactly the same and nothing the us can do but try to shoot at them. But shooting is a two way type of activity... China managed to buy some mineral resources from Greenland, the simply might want to protect their legal investment. Legal, unlike conducting a colour revolution and installing a clown pretending to be some sort of lawful government.
