@shtroizn I disagree. The airforce is prolly good, I don't know much about technology but I believe the fighters are top notch, and so are the pilots. However, none of that has been used to Israel's advantage. They're just sitting there gathering dust. The US doesn't allow any action, and Israel toes the line w/them. Shameful is as shameful does.

@shtroizn No doubt. There were 600K Jews in the Yeshuv in 1948 and the land was smaller than now, no weaponry, no military industry, no resources and no allies at all. The Arab population stood at millions. Same in 1967 proportionately. But there was no US in the pic and the leadership was very different. That's the crux.

Only in theory. They don't use it. They're too scared of the US. The US has already moved their armada into the region to pound them from the sea.

@comradespiderman29 I don't know if it actually failed or it was meant to fail, but either way, you're correct. They achieved nothing. Just wasted munitions. Besides, it wasn't a preemptive strike to begin with.

@eresoup7229 It failed b/c it didn't prevent the Hisbolla attack anyway and it didn't do a thing for the future deterrence. In fact, it only showed Israel's complete inaptness and American vassal status.

Israel destroyed very little if anything. Hisbolla is still in full force shooting hundreds of projectiles a day. No letup
