  4. Gaza is the land of Israel, not the US. Selling it to the US is akin to selling Sinai to Egypt for American money.

  6. You're correct but unfortunately, in 2005 Israel under PM Ariel Sharon ceded the land to the Arabs and withdrew, so now it's no longer Israel's land and it doesn't seem that it can reclaim it.

  7. @ I don't know if this is the case , it's very ambiguous in the media but I suspect that it's not to Israel's benefit whatever it could be. That's why my main question is, who's gonna govern it or own it,phrase it however. The US can certainly develop it and make money, they can own hotels or other properties, much like it's done in other countries. but not own the land. Just my 2 bucks here
