  9. Gaza has been an independent state since 2005 under Hamas as its elected gov. West Bank belongs to Israel according to the treaty signed w/Jordan in the 1990s. East Jerusalem was annexed (don't remember when), the Golan Heights annexed in the 1980s. There is nothing "justice" can do about it. It's all legal. Thank you

  10. The impact is the ground offensive. I mean the offensive will take place anyway b/c the goal is not only hostages but the dismantling of Hamas, so they're in for a grand finale either way. They saw it coming. Don't mess w/Israel.

  27.  alexlee8177  Right, Hamas prevents them from leaving, and some actually think they'd rather sacrifice themselves for Hamas then do what we;re telling them. I think once Hamas is gone, we can facilitate emigration and then rebuild Gaza and make it into a French Riviera.
