  2. I think the US is interested in those minerals, so they'll prolly pursue it. But Z needs to be cut down to size and accept the reality. He's a big time swindler, he doesn't care about his country, only wants money for himself, so the best thing would be to get rid of him altogether and install a US puppet instead. It'll be a win win for the US. Just my 2 bucks here
