  1. It seems to me that whether or not it's true, the timing is of importance. It's nearing the US election and thus Biden doesn't want any attack by Israel on Iran so that Harris has a better chance to win. Needless to say he never wanted any to begin with, but now it's crucial. Nonetheless, it also seems that his plan won't work. Just my 2 bucks here.
