It could have been though if Trump hadn't won. They've already stopped most shipments, only sending a fraction of what they promised. They breached the agreement that they voluntarily signed.

Not exactly true. The ultimatum was serious, I believe. Keep in mind it was put forth before the election, and on one hand, you could think the goal was to placate their voters, but there is also the other hand.

@jason-s8c I don't know what you mean by "zionist jewish" and what the "opposite" is. Most Jews are Zionists by definition. Thanks for posting.
