  3.  @Idarece  Hama$ has no army, they recruit civilians and when food goes in, their armed men jump on the trucks and take the cargo. And kill drivers. You can prolly imagine not many drivers want to tempt fate.

  4.  @dudebro91-fn7rz  They have. They've been building tunnels and weapon arsenals for years. When Gaza got its independence in 2005 and ousted the PA in 2007, that's when it started. So yes, it's been 19 years or so.
