  2.  @jazzdiscoveries2784  I don't know what "legal justification claims" means, but the international law is clear that territories repossessed in a defensive war are legit spoils. The map of Europe was largely redrawn after the Allies' victory in WW2. The aggressor lost a ton of land. Sorry it happened.

  4.  @johnMcHale-j5s  I also agree esp given the fact the West bank was ceded to Israel by Jordan back in the 1990s, and Gaza started an aggressive war which it lost and thus their loss of land is perfectly legit.

  7. Israel is firm and has always been on certain conditions. Hama$ keeps finagling and lying. First, they promised 30 hostages back, then 18, now they said they don't know how many are alive at all and wouldn't provide any names. Then they said they would provide names but for a ransom. Qatar had agreed to expel Hama$ leaders from Doha. None was kicked out. Egypt changed terms of the agreement and presented its own version to Israel. Egypt is not a party, they're just intermediaries. They have no business making any changes. Then Sinwar included a clause for Israel to promise his personal safety. No, they're not moving anything, not even the goal posts.

  8. The US has no jurisdiction over him unless the American hostages, their families and the families of the killed Americans file a lawsuit against him. Otherwise, Israel only can try him.

  10. The US election is Nov 2024. This date can't be changed no matter what. Israeli election is in 2026. This date can't be changed no matter what. That's the election year. Bibi can't speed up or delay it.
