It's a catch 22 isn't it? If you don't take the minimum wage job you're lazy but if you work the job you're lazy too. It's like America wants people trapped in these jobs all along.

@OmegasTurn chic fil a makes enough profits to pay their cashiers $100,000/yr. Would you be happy for the cashiers if they made that much?

What rich people and corporations do is pay their executives and shareholders in the form of performance bonuses and dividends via profit sharing...allowing them to amass huge fortunes when the company does well. THEN turn around and pay workers based on skill....ensuring the working class gets paid barely survivable wages and unaffordable Healthcare.

@theinvisiblewoman5709 you misunderstood me. The CEO and other corporate executives pay themselves based on profits and then pay their lower level workers based on skill.
