  1. My mom died because she didn't have adequate healthcare, and juggling school, work and caretaking was too much. I lost pell grants despite her death. I was kicked out of her section 8 housing, leaving me homeless if not for my dad helping me. I have lost food stamps because I don't work, and most doctors don't take medicaid and its limits force me to not make more $20k a year. I'm poor and sit at home, can't go to community college, and am shackled with watching my disabled brother. So I'm poor and unskilled at 30 years old, have nobody, and am on the verge of giving up on school and life. I hate this country.
