  8. That seems like exploitation either way. If they pay you hourly they don't want you to work past 40 hours because you'll get benefits. If they pay you salary you'll make less per hour when you add up the insane hours you work than staying hourly.

  9. When I worked at McDonald's I made $850 an hour. I would work 30 to 40 hours a week and still be denied benefits anyway. My boss would work 70 to 100 a week. he made less per hour than I did once you added up his take home pay.
