  4. Most poor people already work. You don't need to force poor people to work to escape poverty- it's poverty. Noone wants to experience it.

  5. Except you don't have to be motivated to escape poverty. It's poverty- nobody wants to experience it. And work requirements do not reduce poverty at all.
