  1. People, 11 felonies doesn't necessarily mean she had been convicted 11 different times. She probably had multiple counts/charges on the same arrest. That said, I would be in favor of mandatory sentences, even life, for habitual offenders. E.g., arrested, tried and convicted 3 or more times should result in an added mandatory 10yr sentence with no parole.
