  1. And this, folks, is why I demand that DAs strictly adhere to procedure and judges hold them accountable. I would rather 10 guilty people go free than 1 innocent person sent to prison. And more often than not, the latter occurs when prosecutors withhold exculpatory evidence...because it's about the "win" and not about justice.

  2. Unclear? He should absolutely be extradited for parole violations, complete his 5-years, then extradited back to Hawaii to face these new charges. Dude is a psychopath!
