  1. Yeah, not a well thought out plan. Brother, when you are before the judge, the time for hostility has long passed. That said, I don't think the attacked judge should be the one issuing the sentence. Should be in a different court.

  2. I don't understand why the judge postponed the sentencing. Is it his/her court, or not? May I suggest Babbs be present virtually so that he can be muted while his sentence is communicated by the judge? In fact, I think all such proceedings should be virtual, which would save the tax payer a fortune.
