  1. According to a previous Leyto's Law video, LEO's are permitted to pat you down. Seems like we need to re-evaluate the term "Land of the Free."

  2. So the guy wasn't paying for both apartments. He was paying just the neighbors. Not cool, but it shouldn't have been that significant. Sounds like it would be easy for PGE to compare the 2 bills and refund the difference.
