  1. Yup. He didn't have to answer ANY of those questions. And he certainly should not have agreed to the unlawful and unreasonable search. This process is crazy!

  2. He got his money back after 6 months, but I didn't see that he received any justice. Justice would be those officers getting fired and the department being sued.
