  3. I'm going to guess that when the Chads had an opportunity to pass, the SUV sped up and made it more difficult, thereby creating a near head-on collision. That's about all I can think of that would cause such a reaction.

  5. At first, I thought you were incorrect and that the guy who ran was long gone. After several reviews, you are correct. The deputy was shooting at the guy that ran, who had stopped about 80 yards away. I wonder if he thought dreadlocks had gone down? Big mistake!

  9. Doesn't make sense that the round was just fired upward. Terminal velocity of a free-falling 357mag, for example, is around 243ft/s, which isn't much force. More likely the round was fired at an angle and the idiot wasn't aware of his backstop, or didn't think the bullet would travel that far. I didn't hear in the report what caliber firearm he used.

  12. The judge sent the correct message. Mother and son just got a good dose of reality. We don't give a damn about his mental issues or his triggers. That's a BS excuse. And if mom knew he was prone to violence, she should've homeschooled. This woman pisses me off! You can bet your ass she's a democrat.
