@Foxracing218 - I think I have autism or something, because I am a chemist and have never been into the arts, but I really can’t tell why his are so bad and others are so good. Sure, he makes simple rhymes that don’t take a lot of thought, but it’s not like a lot of poets make anything which grabs you either. I find poetry quite boring in almost all cases, so maybe I am biased.

@bajjajajbajjjajaj6473 - Poetry is far easier to get into because it has no objective standards. It doesn’t take any kind of actual skill which can be measured, it is just measured on how people feel. How people feel can be influenced by any number of things. People might think a poem is awesome just because other people said it was. I won’t say poets are useless, they do provide some marginal entertainment value. I will say they don’t contribute much to society and their role could be completely taken away and the vast majority of people wouldn’t notice nor care
