  1. Even their economic ideas are bad though. Look at Europe, they are struggling mightily with economic growth, and regulations plus welfare is a major factor. The “sane” Democrats who aren’t all in on the woke stuff basically want to emulate Europe’s welfare state, and that would be a terrible idea. They just don’t have any good ideas right now, which is why they are going in so hard on identity politics
