Europe is screwed. They are dependent on government handouts, handouts which they cannot afford anymore. Their economy has been screwed from so much redistribution. Not looking pretty

Europe is on a downward trajectory. Many countries like Germany are taxed to the max and it is still falling apart. They thought their “social democracy” was the pinnacle of civilization. Turns out it was a short sighted frenzy of handouts which have paralyzed their economy and made their population dependent. Now that same population refuses to vote to cut welfare, so they will lumber on until the whole thing collapses. They are the cautionary tale for interfering with the free market. They thought the economy would always be there to support massive welfare programs. They can’t even afford their own defense with these problems. Yet, when you talk to Europeans their only answer is “more tax!” That is all they know how to do, take more and more. They can’t grow anything nor make long term solutions. They are very nearly at the end of the road, and it won’t be pretty when it all comes crashing down. But hey, at least they got their vacation and mandated time off! Europeans never shut up about so I am sure it will keep them happy when they have the wages of a 3rd world country compared to the US. They never learned the simple lesson that government doesn’t provide prosperity, it destroys it
