  1. I like learning about African history but I think it is way too focused on what Europeans did to them. It basically is searching for an excuse 24/7 for why they are doing so badly. They are terrified of the possibility that their culture just doesn’t produce modern societies, so they blame all their failures on outsiders to assuage their egos. It won’t end well. It never does when people ignore reality to placate their feelings

  2. Neocolonialism is just Africans complaining about how business is hard. It’s comical. It’s like they expect the world to drop everything and work to make sure Africans aren’t so poor
