  1. They have much bigger problems than that. Their whole system is on shaky ground. They have sky high taxes and a ton of unions/regulations. Their entire business community is in a straight jacket. They also have a demographic time bomb. Since they are addicted to welfare they simply won’t vote to reform their system. It will just limp along until it all comes crashing down. This is why you don’t hand out welfare like candy, it basically breaks the steering wheel of the nation and it becomes committed to a destructive path
