It would be like the US blaming Afghanistan for all its actions post 9/11 because they attacked. It is an immature viewpoint more worried about absolving people of responsibility rather than looking at reality

  8. I mean, resources don’t make countries rich unless they have a tiny population. Adding value to basic materials is where the wealth is, and you need strong institutions and culture for that. The resource curse is real
