The Cause is the ever expanding population size of an already overcrowded state becoming even less Sustainable due to lack of affordable housing Efforts. You can't EASILY rally $$ for better schools when most of your populace with actual Children are all poor Renters. Schools are still funded primarily by land owners... it's like we're still living in the 1700's when it comes to Democratizing Education
