This wouldn't be a PROBLEM if they'd just pass "Clean" bills and stop doing all this COMPLICATED Omnibus / Pork bullshit they always have to write up just to give tons more loop holes to their campaign donors. NOW is not the time for complicating any relief package. The PEOPLE would flood out into the streets to support a Clean bill!
