Normally it would be a "Private Company" can do X-y-z to your "Speech", but Terminating your account when you're factually correct is also breaking Contract law for things they didn't make proper Terms of Service limitations for. Especially if it can be proven that they were *pressured* by a Government body to break that contract in a way that slanders the claiment without due process. Spoiler tho: most Judges will throw it out because they're ALL Corporate A.F., esp our Supreme Court justices
