Putin is totally weighing ALL of his options, and a tactical nuke is one of them so long as it's within his own borders or what he claim is the new annexed border. And there wouldn't be sh** that Trump would have any right to intervene on either. If we make NATO retaliate with OUR nukes, then that's 100% our faults that Armageddon started
