  3. Reins aren't THAT LONG. That's at least 4 feet from the bit/hackamore to their hand, and then clearly another 3-1/2 feet off their hand to the side. No one runs 8 feet of reins!

  11. that strip of leather in the picture is about 3 feet longer than any Reins I've ever used. Maybe wagon reins are that long, but any reins that long on a horse is a huge Hazard for tripping or getting wrapped around nearby posts!
