I've always made fun of BLM and every "We Wuz Kangz!" clowns like them, but even BLM had clearer "guidelines" during the protests of what they expected in terms of accountability. Blaming some "woke" city council people is missing the entire point here. When you have Democrats in charge of ANYTHING, they will fail on purpose because that's they're PAID to be feckless and miss the Anti-Corruption goals

I had some insider knowledge about 20 years back of an Israeli martial combat training force being the #1 source of a 6-week course for all our local policing and Sheriffs deputies as well. No additional training was required beyond that, especially not conflict De-escalation. An unarmed homeless man was Shot dead on a bridge just 2 years ago and there were many more incidents along those lines for a town of only 5,000 residents.
