  1. "It cannot be sold elsewhere" -- Hey that's a terrific policy! Why aren't OUR gigantic Energy companies require to do the same here? They take huge amounts of Federal subsidies and get even bigger tax breaks ... Why should they get to ship OUR resources that came from OUR public lands off to the global market when we have a huge inflation crunch here at home?

  2.  @hectorcervantes2558  It does, but most of it is heavy / diesel grade ... And it's actually "the People's of Venezuela's" oil before it's russia's because most of their social safety nets and health care there is paid for by its sales
