  2. Sometimes I feel like the people who say this, never actually grew up on a farm though. If it was that easy to acquire arable property and have consistent yields every year, "Factory" Ag wouldn't have taken over and our ranchers wouldn't have been mostly replaced by south american imports

  3. No kidding, why would we even WANT lower interest rates??...all it did last time was result in way more Money Printing directly to venture capital who used it exclusively to create asset bubbles that made Rent, Medical treatment, and Food more expensive
