  2. There's other things we glorify daily thats way worse. We're the world's #1 arms producer and a big chunk of our GDP comes from predatory loans (especially to poorer countries who then have to give up all their resources to pay us back). Our industrial complexes act exactly like drug dealers and Mobsters and then wonder why our children wanna grow up and reenact scenes out of ScarFace

We have rugged individualism with MASSIVE cognitive dissonance piled on top of it like we were perpetually stuck in the Great Gatsby's a Clockwork Orange
