  1. This is not an Oligarchy. Adding MORE socialism/communism to the feedback loop will not fix it. It is 100% a Kleptocracy and if you cut the Heads of the snake, 10x more will just grow in place. You have to target the Systematic nature of FRAUD itself (IE: just admit that this is effectively Prohibition, and prohibition has never worked...it has to be taxed and regulated instead)
