  1. finally...  was hoping one of these new shows would be about the nitty gritty  (and here it is).  Plugging other people indie stuff or music is fine if that's what you're into but that's not exactly what people spend 90% of their time talking about on game forums or arguing about over broadcast chat when playing them.

On the Fence myself.... mainly b/c unlike SimCity4, it has no navigation Minigame to gain small amounts of money for purely Aesthetic projects.  That Rush-Hour version of SC4 really struck a good balance between "Survival Mode and Creative Mode" when it came to the very inflexible Budget-Meta of simCity. (just like N.A.M. for traffic)

  4. I ... highly regard these guys but....  I think they "rushed" into covering this one.  It's a bit on the Pandering for views side .... just like Minecraft (especially on YouTube). The only thing missing at this point is a big pair of drawm boobies click-bait for the Video's thumbnail.   They should have kept to the pattern where Super Mario Bros. started, and went right for the next logical progression be it Zelda, Sonic, Megaman, or what have you.  And if they were going to cover LOL, they should have used it as "Patient Zero" for analyzing gaming Compulsion, not Map design.  (I suggested this on their forums years ago and it was ignored entirely).  Really cheapens my view of them in the short term here.

I wish I knew the thought process that lead to the creation of a script where seinfeld's Newman could single-handedly disable every safety measure of a billion dollar science facility just so the author could pull a heavy handed Mary Shelley while earnestly injecting Religion directly behind the moral message.   Even Raptor Jesus would find such flimsy pretenses unforgivable.
