  1. I'm one of those men in that Statistic and if you want to help us, DON'T STIGMATIZE us first of all. It's a confidence issue #1 and an economic issue #2. You can offer encouragement to change this type of person's habits. But if you start blaming *them* exclusively and not the situation they were raised in, then you only compound the problem and make it worse
