  1. this entire indie sub-genre has been pretty much Solo-Devs all the way down except for the original 2 founders of the genre who made Dwarf Fortress together and are still somehow chugging along just fine

  2. No that's not realistic to a Colony Sim... It has to slowly spiral out of control into daily mental breakdowns and critical hit ideology conflicts until eventually they're ripping eachother's heads off like Rim World
