Most of their borrowing comes from reserve or central bank printing at well below the rates that normal people borrow at but the current trajectories of 10 and 30 year bonds are looking horrible so they need Publishers to focus on products that damage their own IP in the long term, but have quick margins in the first say 3 to 9 months to pay back on the shorter term yields.
