  18. tell me about it... back when this crap was simple, I beat Super Mario 2 the year it came out as a child. Now I can't even afford a CPU and RAM that will run TF2 above 25 fps in a full server, much less a GPU to run Shadow of the ErdTree or Ghost Runner at 60.

I Learned the hard way that just adding 1 line of code to Minecraft "Mixin" (just like this situation) was a 2 week affair and the reason it's like this all across the industry is that 1 function has to "Be Permitted" to then pass through 40 other f***ing Protocols and abstraction layers instead of simply being the direct Input/Output then Compile that C++ was back when I learned that TWENTY YEARS ago. ...and then even after having it compile without errors, the goddamned Runtime can still revoke its "consent" afterwards

Habitual Behavioral Psychology is the most potent school of Psychology there is, it's more powerful in some cases than Psychiatry and designer drugs are and most people never realize it

A lot of people who are really into drawing probably don't realize this because they're often still students... it takes only a few years to train your hands and your "style", but it takes over a decade to "train your eyes". This is why a lot of amateur artists might think they can immediately spot tracing or anatomy errors or A.I. assistance but they are very prone to being wrong about that.
