  3. those are called shuttle vans ...to operate a real bus you need CDL/Certification that requires more stringent training/testing than Policemen in the USA must undergo which means that to own a whole company, you must have better Liability insurance, Mechanic access, and legal resources than rural firefighting departments get

  4. the craziest part is that the Tax payer and all consumers (via inflation) are still on the hook to actually PAY for the maintenance! So they get bigger profits,, and you get to cover the costs for their Mismanagement
