I wasn't shocked by any of the states on this list. I'm sure there was a few that qualifies for honorable mention. My wife and I workout everyday 2 to 3 hours every morning 5 days a week, we're in our mid 50s but look younger. Due to the last couple of years of quarantine we're in the best shape since our 30s. Living in Florida we feel you have to stay in shape, walking, biking, swimming on top of our workouts just to name a few. There's too many beaches and I'm not going to be that fat guy in a speedo on the beach you always see, tourist. (No I don't wear a speedo) We eat healthy during the week but on the weekends we like to let loose and eat whatever we want. We're pretty healthy, but we do like a glass of cognac and a cigar 😉, wine in my wife's case every night to unwind.

Sorry about the divorce, been there done that it wasn't easy. Congratulations just do you getting your life together, find you a new place for a new beginning. Trust me it gets better, I ended up meeting my second wife and she became my best friend, 20yrs this fall. Stay safe take care and enjoy your life.

I've lived in Florida for the past 30yrs, we're surrounded by water on three sides. Yes it's humid no doubt but there's no place I'd rather be. You get use to after a while, during the hottest part of the day we locals are inside. Early morning and late afternoon, early evening is best to go biking, walking, etc. Oh stay hydrated, it's easy to overheat, heatstroke ain't a joke.

@seanchristophersynthesizer6999 I had it 3 times my first couple years living here. After the last one I didn't leave the house w/o a large bottle of cold water. When I use jog I had a back pack had a water bladder with a freezer block in it. Talk about a lifesaver.

@meagiesmuse2334 No the the Tampa area is where we live. I'm originally from St Clueless Misery my wife is from Miami. We enjoy the area, Clearwater, St Petersburg there's so many things to enjoy. We moved from Coral Springs FL in 2016 after the kids went off to college, was nice but needed a change. Personally I love Florida I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We have our issues mainly politically but things change sooner or later. Hopefully sooner like this November.

@sycamore2789 Exactly my wife and I are very active outside. Once you get use to the humidity and learn how to deal with it is no big deal. We hate the cold, at about 55 to 50° or lower that's when we stay inside.
