Andrew started to be "outcast" when he abused his position as "UK's special representative in International Trade and Business": dodgy dealings with corrupt Ministers of foreign countries, taking private flights, paid for by taxpayers, to do a round of golf; corrupt dealings/ friendships with Epstein & Maxwell; treating staff in a disgraceful manner to name just a few.
